Backing Up your information is a must thing while using your computer because any time system failure can occur. So , now i tell you how to back up your information in computer . I will tell you when to back up the information & I also give you some suggestions to back up your information .
When to back up :-
When to back up :-
- On a regular basis
Note:- Set reminders to back up your information periodically.
- Before the computer is repaired or restored
- Before you add or modify hardware or software .
- Create a set of recovery discs using recovery manager
- Create system recovery points using recovery manager & copy them to discs
- Create system recovery points using Windows system restore feature .
- Store personal files in the Documents folder & back up these folders
- Save customized settings in a window , toolbar, or menu bar taking a screen shot of your settings .
- Display the screen .
- Copy the screen .
To copy the entire screen , press fn+prt sc.
3. Open a word processor document . click Edit & then click Paste .
