How To Backup Your Information In Computer ?

Backing Up your information is a must thing while using your computer because any time system failure can occur. So , now i tell you how to back up your information in computer . I will tell you when to back up the information & I also give you some suggestions to back up your information . 
When to back up :-

  • On a regular basis 

Note:- Set reminders to back up  your information periodically.

  • Before the computer is repaired or restored 
  • Before you add or modify hardware or software .
Back Up Suggestions :-
  • Create a set of recovery discs using recovery manager
  • Create system recovery points using recovery manager & copy them to discs 
  • Create system recovery points using Windows system restore feature .
  • Store personal files in the Documents folder & back up these folders 
  • Save customized settings in a window , toolbar, or menu bar taking a screen shot of your settings . 
To copy the screen & paste it into a word processing Document.
  1. Display the screen .
  2. Copy the screen .
To copy only the active window ,press alt+fn+prt sc.
To copy the entire screen , press fn+prt sc.

    3. Open a word processor document . click Edit & then click Paste .
